The Belle red patent flat is by Sigerson Morrison on sale at 50% off for $135. With its square toe this would make a really eye catching work flat. Pair it with black pants, black tights with a skirt, dress, or shorts to really make the color pop. I can already a great shade of red lipstick with this.
