Very adorable in a little girl kind of way. These bow skimmer flats from Kimchi Blue are around $28 and are available from Urban Outfitters. The ribbon makes a great detail and would look good with a pair of tights. Fantastic for cold weather, but beware of the snow. These suede shoes would die a thousand deaths!
