Classified ED Flats in Silver for a whopping $12.99 are an adorable pair of flats with a whole lot of class and elegance. The ribbon isn't overwhelmingly big and the point toe gives it a little bit of oomph as well. I love the fact that these are slingbacks which adds to the femininity of this flat!
