Go dancing with the Foxtrot Flats

One of my new favorite sites is the vintange inspired online store Modcloth.com where they have the cutest tops, dresses, and jackets! These flats caught my eye though as it reminded me of a pair of Steve Madden t-strap ruffled heels that were ever so popular last year. I was stoked to see a heeless version that would go beautifully with a 1920's style flapper dress (my dream dress to buy...).

I reccently watched The Princess and The Frog too which is set in 1920's New Orleans so I've got that era's fashion fresh in my mind again.

The Foxtrot flat is currently sold out at Modcloth (no surprise there!) but is usually available for only $29.99!!! I hope they restock soon because I will definitely be buying a pair!

Dorothy Perkins - A repository of GREAT FLATS

My only knowledge of Dorothy Perkins was a black v-neck wool sweater that I took from my mom's closet many years ago. It's still a regularly rotated winter top in my wardrobe. I found myself browing their website and was really surprised at their great selection of flats! THEY ALSO SHIP TO THE US. HOORAAAH!!!!! The prices aren't crazy, though I do wish they'd post prices in $ as well.

These are my favorites, but the cobalt blue one in particular caught my eye. All these shoes are under £30, and the blue is on sale for £15.00!

Florale Flats

Hello holiday flat!!! Falling again for a great ruffled flat, I already wish the parties have started. This champagne colored open toe concoction is fun, flirty, and girly. What I love most is the glittery sheen that really does make it extra special.

Available at stevemadden.com for $89.95 and also comes in black and magenta suede.
