Still Got T-Straps On My Mind

Came across this picture on Lucky's website today and this epitomizes my idea of the fall uniform. Skinnies, plaid, trench coat, grey sweater, and t-strap flats. PERFECTION.

Now I have t-straps on the mind again.

Tree Snake T-Straps

Uh oh folks, I kinda love this shoe, it's my weakness for t-strap snakeskin flats! Help, I have a problem. I even find the little leaves charming, so...woodsy? :) It's a beautiful fall shoe that is annoyingly expensive at $248. Sorry Anthropologie, I really think you have wonderful things but why so expensive? :( I'll have to wait till you go on sale!

If you can afford it, it's available HERE.

t-strap crazy today

today I'm drooling over two very different types of t-straps.

the first one is: Women's Converse® One Star® T-Strap Ballet Flat - Silver

Available from Target at $34.99, I've been looking for a silvery more athletic flat ever since I saw a pair from Notes by Naive (it was a silver glittery Nike mary jane). This shoe is fits my bill near perfect because it's feminine, sleek, and has the right amount of sparkle that catches your eye for more than a second.

The next pair is this very feminine beauty from Charlotte Russe. It totally reminds me of THIS pair from Poetic License, but its a way way way more inexpensive alternative at $22.99

I love the thin t-strap and the big bold floral pattern on the shoe. The bigger patterns works for me because smaller prints can look too busy. This almost looks like a stained glass window on your feet and the more neutral colors I also love.

The shoe also comes in a brown leather trim with a bold aquamarine as its standout color in the print!

Soda Toward-H Flat White

there is nothing like spring in the air!!! here is a beautiful and simple t-strap flat for a whopping price of $10.99 available from Urban Original (http://www.urbanog.com)

it comes in a variety of colors: black, red, yellow, and pink.

i'm really starting to feel the t-strap ever since i bought that pair of sam edelmans but, this is the first pair ive come across that looks right to me. and by that i mean just the size of the strap in relation of upper outline of the shoe. I like just a small hint of toe cleavage in this shoes because when its too high it can look really really homely.

i think im going to have to grab a pair in black and red! :)

this weekend's satisfying buys

my LBD from esprit arrived! i was a little uncertain of how this dress would fit me. i ordered the size zero and miraculously it FITS PERFECTLY! normally dresses similar to this that i've tried on at H&M and other stores run big on the top part. it fits fine from the waist down, but it looks a size too big on my shoulders. this though fits just right and isn't too tight or too loose.

i love it because i can wear both for work and for play. =) in heels and in flats!

i was not intending to buy this but im glad i finally did! this is the sam edelman carrie 2 flat here seen in BLUE SNAKE, i have it in camaflouge (which is a color that i haven't seen around too much). i bought i in a 6 1/2 and the 7 fit as well but i figured the shoe will stretch (as it's an eensy bit snug). this gorgeous flat i got for $48.99 at DSW! they are having a great great sale right now and so many shoes are on sale!!!! you have to love it.

i had lunch with a girlfriend today and afterwards we decided to walk off the calories by heading over to metro center to H&M and Zara. after much thought i had returned the dress i bought last week yesterday and wasn't intending to buy anything today. but lo and behold the shoes that i had wanted last week suddenly appears in my size!!! it is the 2 toned (black and cream) pointy patent flat that is a steal at $35. so yes i bought that sucker!

all in all, very satisfying purchases. being on a shoe binge i may return to DSW tomorrow, there are afterall more shoes in the sea!
