Your pockets too shallow for a pair of Repetto's? Buy the GAP leather ballet flat instead. It's on sale for $39:50! I'll have to drop by the mall soon to try these on, but in the past most GAP flats I've worn have been very comfortable. I'm guessing these ones will be as well.

Boden Jewelled Pumps

A few days ago I read on a blog about how October to December is deemed the holiday dressing season where we office workers exchange our more ordinary black skirt/suit/dress attire and don lush fabrics of satin, velvet, silk with embellishments and extra sparkles. There is something about the holidays (or its really the holiday parties isn't it?) that make us want to wear something extra special. If we could do this all year round I think we'd all look the better for it!

Today I chanced upon these three flats all from BODEN that would make PERFECT holiday feet worthy wear. The jeweled accents are so darned pretty its hard to decide which one I would buy. I'm leaning towards the first pair! Reviewers have also said that these flats are incredibly comfortable (a plus!).

Actually I think I'm in lust with ALL of Boden's flats right now.

t-strap crazy today

today I'm drooling over two very different types of t-straps.

the first one is: Women's Converse® One Star® T-Strap Ballet Flat - Silver

Available from Target at $34.99, I've been looking for a silvery more athletic flat ever since I saw a pair from Notes by Naive (it was a silver glittery Nike mary jane). This shoe is fits my bill near perfect because it's feminine, sleek, and has the right amount of sparkle that catches your eye for more than a second.

The next pair is this very feminine beauty from Charlotte Russe. It totally reminds me of THIS pair from Poetic License, but its a way way way more inexpensive alternative at $22.99


I love the thin t-strap and the big bold floral pattern on the shoe. The bigger patterns works for me because smaller prints can look too busy. This almost looks like a stained glass window on your feet and the more neutral colors I also love.


The shoe also comes in a brown leather trim with a bold aquamarine as its standout color in the print!

even though this doesn't have a ribbon detail, i really love this shoe for the stitching!! it makes the otherwise plain silver shoe so much more interesting to look at.

for a whopping $12.99 are an adorable pair of flats with a whole lot of class and elegance. The ribbon isn't overwhelmingly big and the point toe gives it a little bit of oomph as well. I love the fact that these are slingbacks which adds to the femininity of this flat!

oh old navy!

I am head over heels gaga for these super cute shoes from old navy!!!!! And the best part is? They all cost a whopping $19.50!!! Thats right ladies! I'm intending to make away with at least one of these babies before the end of the weekend!!!!



zebra print - a nice patterned way to wear black and white which is incredibly versitile EVERY season. when is black and white not in? NEVER! plus it's just fun piece to wear.

i was so incredibly obsessed with silver flats this weekend. but i couldn't find one that i like enough to spend at least $40 on. and then VOILA! i find these!!! i love the quilted toe patteren that gives this shoe the extra oomph from just plain silver flats. i've been into the cap-toe for awhile now.

oh graciousness...i adore these flats to death. i am determined to purchase these this weekend. there's just no question. i love the patent raspberry color (i have a perfect shade of lipstick and necklace to go with it!) i can just imagine wearing these with black capris and jeans and it will make the whole look just pop!

these are such femenine looking shoes, i love them! not crazy about the beading ontop of the shoe, but can you imagine wearing a white summer dress with these? gorgeous!
